Pay 35% and we fabricate your building structure material at sound-speed (light speed is too fast, sound is still super-fast).
Material is delivered, construction begins, the race takes full speed !
Pay the balance 30% and we deliver your building material at site. Construction begins ! We keep you updated at every stage of development.

Step9 Timely Handover As Promised

Post-Handover Support System
We don't leave hand-holding you even after handover. If you need any support in your building/project, don't hesitate to call us. We will give our best attempt to give you a solution.
We recommend that you sign an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with us right at the handover stage or at the Order stage. At a very small annual fee and we will repair (if needed) anything which was in our scope of work free of cost (means without any service charges at all) for you. Under this AMC we will also get your building painted and cleaned once every year or two.
