Our buildings are prefabricated using cold formed steel frame. Steel has higher tensile strength (elastic strength) than RCC - Brick - Mortar buildings. Hence our buildings vibrate and come back to position during an earthquake. RCC brick mortar buildings tend to develop cracks because of its lower tensile strength.

Additional Carpet Area

Another advantage with Prefab Steel Constructions over the conventional RCC Structure is the Extra Sellable Carpet Area of a Prefab CFS/LGSF/Hybrid (M.S. + LGSF) Structure.

Conventional RCC has wall thickness of 200mm for external walls and 150mm for internal walls. In Prefab Steel, the wall width is around 110mm-130mm only for both internal and external walls. Hence we gain an additional carpet area of around 8% with Prefab Steel Buildings.

So, For example a typical 1200 sqft house, with the reduced wall thickness, the Prefab Steel house will get you an additional 8% more livable carpet area, that is 96 Sq.ft additional carpet area for the 1200 Sq.ft total built up area!
